“FIORUCCI” is the Mid-term project of the fourth year of the course. The purpose of this project is to delve deeper into the fashion businesses and systems, business strategies and international markets. My group and I decided to analyze Fiorucci, that has been relaunched on the market after years of disappearence. We analyzed in depth the strategy that the brand is building and we studied elements and procedure that can implement it and reinforce it.
